Holiday Assistance Interest Form 2025

Please fill out the application below by November 14. If requesting a Thanksgiving turkey, you will need to pick it up after our Thanksgiving Service on November 23,  If requesting Christmas gifts for your child/children, you will need to pick them up after our Christmas Service on December 14.  Please contact the Admin Office (admin@icog.org or 301-963-3012) if you have any questions.
